Charitable organization “Gifts of the sea” was founded in 2023 by a family of entrepreneurs from the city of Sumy: Kulomza Roman Mykolayovych, Kulomza Iryna Volodimirivna, Kulomza Dmytro Romanovych, Kulomza Yevhen Romanovych.

They have been systematically involving in charity activity for 20 years: they sponsor medical institutions, educational institutions, orphanages, church construction.

Since the beginning of a full-scale Russian invasion to Ukraine Kulomza family have been assisting the Ukrainian Armed Forces and volunteer formations of the territorial community.

The activities of the charitable foundation according to the Charter are aimed at:

  • Contribute to the defence capability and mobilization readiness of the country, protection   of the population in emergencies during peacetime and wartime situations;
  •  Contribute the implementation of state, regional, local and international programs aimed at improving the socio-economic situation in Ukraine;
  •  Prevent natural and man-made disasters and eliminate their consequences, to  help victims of disasters, military conflicts and accidents, as well as refugees and people in difficult life circumstances;
  • Custody and care, legal representation and legal assistance;
  • Social protection, social security, social services and poverty alleviation;
  • Education;
  • Health care;
  • Issues of ecology, environmental protection and animal protection;
  • Aspects of culture and art, protection of cultural heritage;
  • Science and scientific research;
  • Sport and physical culture;
  • Human and citizen rights and fundamental freedoms;
  • Development of territorial communities;
  • Development of international cooperation of Ukraine;
